This is a Johari Window done by my classmate

This is a Johari Window done by my friend since ITE

Is this an accurate presentation of yourself?
The Johari window’s presentation of myself is only slightly accurate. The Johari Window done by my ITE friend is accurate as we have known each other for a long time. However, with my classmate, we only known each other for two weeks, hence his perception of me is not very accurate . He is only able to perceive what I am on a very superficial level as we have not had the chance to work together yet.
Are there any area(s) that you are surprised from your friend’s perception of you?
No, I always have been an introvert. I simply spending time resting or engaging in an activity, solitude is a welcome relief. I often enjoy gaming, watching movies, or doing any other activity that’s performed alone.
Explain how this result will be useful for self-awareness and your communication in a team.
You are able to tell how people perceive you. If it is not the image you wish to portrait, then you can make any adjustment. As for team communication, the model helps to increase the understanding they have of you and have a better group relationships and team bonding. Overall, Johari Window model improve people interpersonal communication and relationship by understanding others intrapersonal communication

Hi James, it did not take long for me to finish reading the post as you can probably tell that the post is fairly short.
The window models are presented pretty nicely with good colors to differentiate them, but I have noticed an adjective “trendy” that was not included in the Johari window list of adjectives but you have included in your model.
Overall I find that if you could give a brief description about the model so to let readers who don’t know Johari Window at all to know some background as well as giving some examples on how the model could improve team communication which would be quite ideal for your blog post.

Hi James!
After I finished read your blog post, I think your blog post is fairly short. The explanations of your Johari window model are straight foward and simple. I like your window models because it is pretty nice to look with different color and make it interesting to see. I agree about the Johari window can help people to understand in their own value and can create better relationship or bonding. However, there is no further explanation about the Johari window itself. For example, it lacks of brief the description about the model that let the readers to know about Johari window backgrounds.

Hello James, I enjoyed reading your blog post. Your colour-coded tables were very neat, and it was easy to read and to differentiate the two tables done by your classmate and your close friend. I hope this was a good opportunity to learn more about yourself as I can see that you have majority of the words are on the “things I don’t know” quadrants. I think you could have explained in further detail how self-awareness will be useful in communication illustrated with examples and scenarios. Other than that, it was a short and sweet blog post. I am looking forward to the next one!

Hello James thanks for your awesome post and I think your precise thought on the Johari window seems pretty accurate. And l agree with you that classmates that known you for only two weeks won`t be able to see or know deeper you. It can also be clearly compared from the Johari window that was done by your friend since ITE.
Also, I cannot agree more on your opinion on intrapersonal relationship. Johari window definitely helps a group to have a better understanding and team bonding.
Thanks again for your post and hope to see more good posts from you!
